Unlike other platforms or property managers, Casa Co delivers its members a hands-on approach without the hefty price tag. We know all our hosts personally and homes intimately.
There are three categories of homes listed with Casa Co, offering different access to potential guests:
• Open to requests from all members (guests)
• Available for requests only by referred members of the network (contact us to find out more)
• Private listings – only available on a case-by-case basis via briefing us in. Can only be viewed with direct approval from the home owner (host) via Casa Co.
All Casa Co homes are just that; real homes. With condiments in the pantry, sheets on the beds and often regular gardeners, pool maintenance and house cleaners booked (regular cleaners usually at additional cost to guests).
Casa Co is there to assist you in finding the perfect temporary home whatever your circumstances. And with lower booking fees, more of your budget can be directed towards your perfect accommodation.
In addition to great service, low fees and exclusive homes, Casa Co members can enjoy VIP service at some of our favourite venues on the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne.

Casa Co understands that all members (home owners and guests) have individual concerns, needs and conditions when it comes to hosting or staying. That’s why we offer a personalised service ensuring both parties are completely comfortable with the stay arrangement. We also offer home owners three different options by which they can list their homes.
Most homes can be requested for bookings directly to the home owners (hosts) by all members.
Home owners who would prefer to be contacted directly only by guests who have been referred by other members of the network, can select their listing to be ‘referred members only’.
Additionally, home owners can choose to be completely private whereby their listing will only be shared with potential guests on a case-by-case basis via Caso Co in response to a brief.
