The space
Sip your morning coffee with tree top views from the front balcony. Or if you just want to enjoy the house there are many options. No need to leave this home with everything at your fingertips and numerous activities to keep everyone entertained. Play in the solar heated saltwater pool for hours overlooking the valley. The whole home has just undergone a full renovation this year, The alfresco area can be enjoyed year round with built in BBQ and kitchen, Huge gas log fire place, electric blinds, huge TV and large dining table. Enjoy our fully secured front and backyard with deck to relax and watch the kids play basketball, kick the footy or have a hit of cricket is ideal.
If you need to venture out, the newly opened Penni Ave Distillery is a quick walk for coffee and pastries in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Rye Beach and Main Street are an easy walk away too. Stop by the Football Oval, Netball and Basketball Courts or Rye Skatepark. After an eventful day exploring, wash all your cares away with an outdoor hot and cold shower.
