The Timber House in heart of Prahran

Our warm and inviting family home has a truly unique look and feel! Built in 2016 our house is nestled in a quiet lane way just a stones throw from Chapel Street and Prahran’s fashion and fine dining Mecca! Perfect for family’s and couples.
We absolutely love our home and we think you will too!
It’s perfect for a family of 4 or a couple to enjoy comfortably.
Downstairs is a master bedroom with queen bed, a kids room with a custom made stair going up to a single bed (can fit a child or an adult) and a cot, and an additional bedroom/study with single bunk bed built in above the desk (for 8+year old or a adult).
We have also converted our garage into a second living room and there is a Smart TV and a koala couch / queen sofa bed.
The master bathroom has a bath and shower, and the guest bathroom has a large luxurious shower.
Upstairs features open plan living, state of the art kitchen, dining for 6, living room and gorgeous north facing sunny balcony.
The house is warm and inviting. Upstairs has lots of beautiful natural light and a great view out from the balcony. The windows can be opened up to create fantastic cross air flow. Air con and heating keep the space at a perfect temperature.
Downstairs is a very relaxing place to be, especially the master bedroom and master bathroom! It still feels brand new, so much like being in a hotel.
We have some kids toys suitable for toddlers and young children. We also have a high chair and a cot (on request) if required.
The house is very secure, you can leave the balcony & interior courtyard door open, as well as upstairs windows open at night.
